The Essential Dispatch Workstation
The Mindshare Essential Console system provides principal functions and features necessary for commercial dispatch applications. The Essential Console is a Single Board Computer providing users with the tools they require to perform dispatching duties, utilizing an embedded customized Linux operating system, thus eliminating exposure to updates and distractions that aren’t necessary for the dispatch environment.
The Essential console processor is built for dispatch applications which don’t require the specific requirements fulfilled by the MAXplus. However, like the MAXplus, the Essential console is a Single Board Computer running a customized Linux operating system providing users with only the tools they require to perform dispatching duties.
The tools that make our system work: Essential Console Processor, Control Station Interface, Essential Application, SIP Telephony Interface, and Direct System Interface.

The Essential console uses the integrated audio device for analog peripherals. USB speakers and microphones may also be used.
